These terms apply to orders placed on this website with Smart Group Cayman Ltd T/A Buy$mart.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Cayman Islands dollars (CI$). We check price and stock when you place your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable we'll contact you and refund or remove it from your order.
Online payments
PayPal does not process CI$, so online payments are charged in US dollars at the rate shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own fees.
Pickup
Orders are for collection from our store only. The person collecting may be asked for the order number and photo ID.
Returns
Our in-store returns policy applies to items bought online. Please keep your receipt.
